Workshop ART AND HEART

The "Art and Heart" workshop aims to get participants to observe and feel their emotional center through breathing and relaxation exercises and to represent it through colors and shapes that give free rein to creativity.
Everyone will be free to express themselves according to their intuitions, in a friendly atmosphere where the aim is not to create "good or beautiful" but to give shape to its creative universe.
Group workshop, addressed to adults, material provided.

Atelier ART ET COEUR

L'atelier « Art et Cœur » a le but de amener les participants à observer et sentir son centre émotionnel à travers des exercices de respiration et relaxation et à le représenter à travers les couleurs et les formes laissant libre cours à la créativité.
Chacun sera libre de s'exprimer suivant ses intuitions, dans une ambiance bienveillante où le but n'est pas de faire « bien ou beau » mais de donner une forme a son univers créatif.
Atelier de groupe, adressé aux adultes, matériel fourni.
